Mobile / Vehicle C-UAS System

Vehicle-mounted counter-UAS solution providing on-the-move drone defense for convoy protection, VIP movements, and mobile military operations. Rapidly deployable on standard SUV and truck platforms with setup time under 10 minutes.

Overview

The Mobile C-UAS System integrates radar, EO/IR cameras, and RF jamming into a compact, vehicle-mountable package designed for operations where fixed-site installation is impractical. The system provides 360° protection while stationary and forward-hemisphere coverage while on the move.

All components mount to standard military and commercial vehicle platforms (SUV, pickup truck, MRAP, or tactical vehicle) using quick-release mounting brackets. The complete system can be operational in under 10 minutes from arrival at a location, including sensor deployment and system initialization.

The integrated C2 unit runs on a ruggedized tablet or laptop inside the vehicle cabin, providing the operator with a real-time threat picture, automated alerting, and one-touch engagement controls. The system supports both on-the-move (OTM) and static operational modes, automatically adjusting sensor behavior based on vehicle state.

Key Advantage: Full C-UAS capability on a standard vehicle platform. Operational in under 10 minutes. Protects convoys and VIP movements.

Features

On-the-Move Operation

The system provides active protection while the vehicle is in motion. Forward-facing radar and EO/IR sensors detect approaching threats, and directional jamming antennas can engage targets without stopping the convoy. The system automatically compensates for vehicle movement in its tracking algorithms.

Rapid Deployment

Quick-release mounting brackets and pre-configured cables allow the system to be installed or removed in under 10 minutes. No specialized tools or vehicle modifications are required. The system can also be quickly transferred between vehicles as operational needs change.

Ruggedized Design

All components are MIL-STD-810H qualified for shock, vibration, temperature, humidity, and sand/dust exposure. The C2 unit operates in direct sunlight and is readable with night-vision goggles. Connectors are MIL-DTL-38999 military-grade for reliability in harsh environments.

Network Integration

The mobile system connects to fixed-site C-UAS networks and other mobile units via encrypted radio or satellite link. Track data can be shared across the force, enabling cooperative engagement and early warning from friendly vehicles ahead in the convoy.

All configurations include mounting hardware, cabling, C2 tablet, operator training, and 1-year warranty. Vehicle not included. Installation service available for most common military and commercial platforms.

Limitations

Important: On-the-move coverage is limited to the forward hemisphere (typically 120°–180° arc). Rear and flank threats require the vehicle to stop and deploy full 360° coverage. System performance is reduced when the vehicle is moving at high speed over rough terrain due to sensor stabilization limits.

Weight and power constraints on smaller vehicle platforms limit the sensor and defeat packages that can be installed. Full 360° coverage requires the vehicle to be stationary with sensors deployed. The vehicle's own electronics may be affected during jamming operations — isolation and hardening may be required.
